Use this form to request the usage of any space (any rooms in the church, Bailey Hall or Office courtyards, upper or lower lawns, parking lot, prayer garden, etc.). Ideally, requests should be received at least 6 weeks before your planned event to ensure availability of space and enable you to effectively publish your event.
Requests will be processed within a 24 hour period if received during office hours: Monday through Thursday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Requests made less than 6 weeks in advance may take longer to confirm.
Please note: Should you need the Custodial team to setup the room with tables and chairs, a set up request form will need to be completed at least 7 days prior to your meeting or event date to set up the space. You can find the setup request form in the Workroom. Once completed, the form should be placed in Gilberto’s box in the Workroom.
